Welcome! I am Paik, Hee Young, the Minister for Gender Equality. Welcome your visit to the homepage of the Ministry of Gender Equality.
MOGEF has been exercising diversified policy efforts in various social areas to enhance the level of gender equality in Korea.Now we would like to extend the area of women's policy to the daily life of the people so that every people can be benefited. MOGEF will positively support women's participation in the society and the compatibility of work and family so that women can show their abilities at their positions. Also MOGEF will strive to make a violence free society to increase the happiness and welfare of women. We expect to accomplish an advanced society where women's quality of lives is enhanced and women and men are happy in harmony.
