Improve the law to reinforce the punishment for the domestic violence and sexual violence
- The Legislation and Judiciary Committee of the National Assembly suggest the law on the
  punishment of the domestic violence, amended partial law bill of the exemption law
  (Committee alternative) on the basis of the five bills that were submitted to the National
  Assembly on July. 2007. It was passed through the National Assembly and announced
  on August. 3, 2007.

Penalty increase about the breach of punishment	The current penalty about the breach of punishment will be increased from 1,000,000 won to 5,000,000 won

Expand the network of the victim protection service of the local units. Expand, establish and promote the Local conference groups of the prevention of women violence

- Organization : Consists of the Representative/Staff in charge of the medical institution,
  educational institution, the machinery of law, the organizations related to the female victims
   of violence and other organizations related to social welfare
